Critically ill children don't need much more — they need much more of what matters.

For Germany's first children's and youth hospice Balthasar in Olpe, we produced a documentary that shows with sensitivity and respect how important the work there is.

This heartfelt project required particular sensitivity – in dealing with the families, the employees, and the moments that cannot be staged.

A simple briefing resulted in a powerful asset for employer branding, leadership, and transformation. The goal was to make the culture of DHL Consulting visible - characterized by a global spirit and the core beliefs of performance, passion, and punk.

The video shows exactly that: no gloss, just genuine backbone. To achieve this, we condensed archive material, office insights, and voices from Bonn, Miami, and Singapore into a coherent, lively overall picture.

The result: a film that conveys the energy that defines modern consulting.

Sometimes, big goals don't require serious words – just a dash of entertainment.

For a group-wide strategy video, the CEO and division heads slipped into unfamiliar roles: as agents – inspired by the cult film Men in Black – they conveyed the central building blocks of the corporate and divisional strategy in an approachable, understandable way and with a charming wink.

With cinematic staging, complex topics were communicated clearly, precisely, and in a surprisingly entertaining way.

This project shows how effectively strategic content can be communicated when you have the courage to try new formats – and add just the right amount of self-irony.
