Development of an emotional, internationally adaptable social media concept for Valentine’s Day. The aim was to tell the theme of “love” beyond classic, heteronormative couple portrayals and to create a universally understandable message for different target groups and markets.
A sensitively told, globally scalable concept that shows how DHL Express overcomes physical distance and thereby enables emotional closeness—applicable across B2B, B2C, and C2C contexts.
