DHL Express was to be positioned as a reliable, highly competent partner for businesses—especially SMEs—during the particularly high-revenue peak season. The goal was a campaign that reached both existing and new customers while clearly highlighting the added value DHL Express brings in this critical phase.
A cost-efficient, high-impact social-first campaign was implemented over nearly five months—from pre-peak to post-peak. Thanks to a highly optimized production approach, all persona-based content (9 videos plus short-form content such as TikToks) was produced within just a few days and complemented with high-quality assets. The communication consistently centered on the needs of SMEs and positioned DHL Express as an experienced peak-season expert providing guidance and support.
The results speak for themselves: Instagram impressions rose from 2.5–7 million to 10–20 million after the campaign launch.
