DHL Express was to be positioned as a reliable, highly skilled partner for businesses—especially SMEs—during the high-revenue peak season. The goal: a campaign that reached both existing and new customers while clearly communicating DHL Express’s added value during this critical period.

The result was a cost-efficient, AI-driven social-first campaign running for nearly five months—from pre-peak to post-peak. Leveraging intelligent AI tools for persona development, script iterations, content variations, and real-time creative optimization, the team was able to produce all required materials within just a few days: 9 videos plus a wide range of short-form formats like TikToks, each tailored to different audiences using AI-supported adaptation workflows. High-quality assets were added and continuously refined with data-informed optimizations.

Communication centered on the needs of SMEs—guided by AI-powered insights identifying the most relevant topics during peak season. DHL Express was thus positioned as an experienced, technologically advanced partner offering clarity, efficiency, and smart support.


The outcome is clear: Instagram impressions increased from 2.5–7 million to 10–20 million after campaign launch.
